Cancellation Policy
When the Education Office finds it necessary to postpone or cancel classes, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail. We will issue a full refund or give you credit for the course (to be used within one (1) year). If you withdraw after the first class has met, but before the second class, you may transfer your credit to another course or receive a refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Textbooks must be returned in the same new condition, or you will be assessed the cost of the book before a refund or credit will be issued. Course credit must be used within a one (1) year period.

Non-Discriminatory Policy
Any and all services, including education services, programs, instruction, and facilities, will not be denied to anyone as a result of his/her race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, and sexual preference. If special accommodations are needed for the disabled, please contact our office at least two (2) weeks prior to the beginning of class.
Textbooks and Certificates
Textbooks are usually distributed in the classroom on the first day of class. Certificates will be given out on the last day of class to those who successfully complete the course. If you are taking an online course, certificates will be mailed to you within 30 days of successful completion of the course. Duplicate certificates can be obtained for a $10.00 fee.

1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors
Real Estate Career Network automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to the Real Estate Career Network Website, (2) the e-mail addresses of visitors that communicate with Real Estate Career Network via e-mail, [post messages to Real Estate Career Network bulletin boards, or post messages to Real Estate Career Network chat groups], (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, surveys, and contest entries, and (4) user-specific information on what pages visitors access.
Real Estate Career Network collects the information you voluntarily agree to provide us through the form provided on the Website. Information collected includes limited personal data: your name, title, company name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, and e-mail address.
Real Estate Career Network does not place Internet cookies on visitors' hard drives. Internet cookies save the visitor's name, password, user name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Website viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Real Estate Career Network. When a visitor performs a search on the Real Estate Career Network search engine, Real Estate Career Network records information identifying the visitor or linking the visitor to the search performed. As necessary to provide service, Real Estate Career Network does record limited information for every search request.
2. Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Real Estate Career Network will be used by Real Estate Career Network for editorial and feedback purposes, marketing and promotional purposes, a statistical analysis of users' behavior, product development, and content improvement to inform advertisers as to how many visitors have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Real Estate Career Network site. Data on visitors' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Real Estate Career Network databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, and upcoming events.
3. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Real Estate Career Network will not obtain visitor's consent before posting collected data on the Real Estate Career Network Website or sharing, renting, selling, or otherwise disclosing data to third parties. 4. Opt-Out Page
Visitors may opt out of having their personal information collected by Real Estate Career Network, used by Real Estate Career Network for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by Real Estate Career Network or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor by contacting Real Estate Career Network.
5. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Real Estate Career Network will provide visitors a summary of any personal information retained by Real Estate Career Network regarding the visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal records or cause their personal records to be removed from the Real Estate Career Network database. 6. Collection of Personal Data from Children
The Real Estate Career Network website is not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 18. Real Estate Career Network does not collect or post information from children under the age of 13 ("Children"). In the event that Real Estate Career Network did collect or post information from children, it would not do so without their parent's or guardian's consent. Real Estate Career Network does not and will not provide any personally identifying information collected from children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. In the event a child submits information to the Real Estate Career Network website, the child's parent or guardian will receive an e-mail alerting them to the child's registration and providing instructions on how the parent could delete the child's registration if so desired. Children are not allowed to participate in contests. No information collected from children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside Real Estate Career Network. Real Estate Career Network encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children.
7. Real Estate Career Network Right to Contact User
Real Estate Career Network reserves the right to contact site visitors regarding the privacy policy or any other policies or agreements relevant to site visitors.
8. Real Estate Career Network Right to Change Privacy Policy Real Estate Career Network reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying visitors of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy.
